Cerridwen "DragonOak" Connelly is originally from County Kerry, Ireland. She has spent most of her life in London, Pembrokeshire in west Wales, and several other places on this planet, studying, refining, and eventually teaching the scientific methods of her hereditary Tuatha Clann Grove as "Quantum Resonance Living: The TechnoPagan Way".

She has concurrently worked as a political journalist with BBC-Wales, HTV Network, and national print media, specialising in Human Rights issues. She is currently the archaeology editor and a contributing writer for Pentacle Magzine.

Cerridwen has a Ph.D. in Alternative Therapy and is a licenced Holistic Practitioner specialising in Herbal Medicine and Quantum Resonance Living, in private practice, online courses, and one-day workshops available in the UK and abroad. She is a founder of The GrowingSpace, an experiential learning centre and organic farm near Tyddewi/St. Davids, Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Cerridwen has written numerous articles on The Science of Witchcraft and its practical applications, as well as articles and photographs on Celtic languages, megalithic archaeology and archaeoastronomy. She is currently completing a non-fiction book entitled 'The Cosmic Computer / The TechnoPagans' Guide to the Universe'. and an autobiography of herself and her tradition entitled "A Witch Tells All".

Cerridwen is fluent in the Welsh and Irish languages, and teaches a Pagan-orientated class on an internet email list, as well as one-on-one tuition.

Cerridwen 'DraigDerwen' (DragonOak) is the duly-elected Prif Derwyddes (High Priestess) and Gofalwres (Caretaker) of the Tuatha/Cymreig Clann Grove, now known as TECHNOPAGANS UNLIMITED.

Cerridwen is CEO of The Merlin Project for Psychic Research and Development, a non-profit organisation, and is Chairperson of its Board of Directors. She is Western/Northern European Regional Coordinator for The Pagan Pride Project, a Member of the English Heritage "Round Table" Committee, and is the founder and spokesperson for Sane Pagans in Support of the Stonehenge Road Plan. She is also Spokesperson for "Mobile Phones and Broadband for the Romsey Villages Campaign" (to achieve network access for this area of Hampshire). She has recently been elected as a Committee Member and Trustee of the Lockerley/East Dean Women's Institute Committee, where is is a popular speaker at southern England W.I.'s on the subject of "21st Century Witchcraft".

She is currently living near Romsey, Hampshire in Britain and is soon to re-open 'GrowingSpace II' in Pembrokeshire.
